RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Every theNVSBLE product is made on demand after an order is placed. Except where required by applicable law, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Selecting the wrong size, color, or style
• Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
Please review all product details and our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISPRINTED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Email access@thenvsble.com and include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the entire item and the problem
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived, contact us within 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
Packages marked as delivered are reviewed individually. Before contacting us, please check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier.
SIZE AND FIT
We do not accept returns or exchanges when the customer selects the wrong size. Product measurements and fit notes are available in our Size Guide. If you need help choosing a size before ordering, contact access@thenvsble.com.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Orders enter production quickly. Contact us immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered production.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Do not mail products back to the address shown on the package or shipping label. Contact us before sending anything. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If a physical return is required, we will provide the correct instructions and return address by email.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
APPLICABLE LAW
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
