theNVSBLE currently uses two unisex T-shirt silhouettes. Use the chart that matches the fit named on the product page. These are finished-garment measurements, not body measurements.

How to measure

1. Lay a similar T-shirt flat on a level surface without stretching it.
2. Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder beside the collar to the bottom hem.
3. Width: measure straight across the chest from one underarm seam to the other.
4. Sleeve: follow the method stated above each chart, because the two silhouettes use different sleeve reference points.

Supplier measurements may vary by up to 2 in (5 cm). If you are between sizes, compare these numbers with a T-shirt you already own.

Relaxed heavyweight tee

Use this chart when the product page says relaxed unisex silhouette. Sleeve length is measured from the center back of the collar, across the shoulder, to the sleeve hem.

Choose your usual size for a relaxed fit. Size up if you prefer more room.

Boxy oversized tee

Use this chart when the product page says oversized silhouette. Sleeve length is measured from the top of the set-in sleeve to the sleeve hem.

Choose your usual size for the intended boxy, oversized fit. Consider one size down for a closer silhouette.

Every theNVSBLE product is made on demand after an order is placed. Except where required by applicable law, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, selecting the wrong size, color, or style, or providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Email access@thenvsble.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the entire item and the problem. Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost packages

If your package has not arrived, contact us within 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.

Packages marked as delivered are reviewed individually. Before contacting us, please check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier.

Size and fit

We do not accept returns or exchanges when the customer selects the wrong size. Review the product details and our Size Guide before ordering. If you need help choosing a size, contact us before placing your order.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders enter production quickly. Contact us immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered production.

Return authorization

Do not mail products back to the address shown on the package, shipping label, or our public company address. Contact us before sending anything. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If a physical return is required, we will provide the correct instructions and return address by email.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Nothing on this page limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Every theNVSBLE piece is produced on demand. Your order moves through production before it enters the carrier network.

Production time

Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for production after payment is confirmed. Production time is separate from carrier transit time and can be longer during peak periods, quality-control checks, or product-specific delays. Any lead time shown on the product page, at checkout, or in your order confirmation takes priority.

Estimated transit times

After production is complete, estimated carrier transit times are:

• United States: approximately 2–8 business days
• International destinations: approximately 5–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weekends, holidays, customs processing, severe weather, carrier disruption, and remote-area delivery can cause delays outside our control.

Destinations and shipping rates

We ship to destinations supported for the items in your cart. Current standard rates are $9.99 USD for United States delivery and $19.99 USD for international delivery. Enter your complete delivery address at checkout to confirm availability and the final shipping charge before payment.

Multiple parcels

Items in one order may be produced or fulfilled at different locations and can arrive in separate parcels. You are charged only the shipping amount confirmed at checkout. Each dispatched parcel receives its own tracking information when available.

Tracking

Tracking details are sent to the email used at checkout after dispatch. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin updating after the carrier receives the parcel.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states that these amounts are included, the recipient is responsible for them. We cannot control or predict local charges.

Delivery address

Check your name, street address, apartment or unit number, postal code, and contact details before placing your order. If you notice an error, email access@thenvsble.com immediately. We will try to help, but an address change cannot be guaranteed after production begins.

Missing, delayed, or damaged parcels

If a parcel has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, review its tracking and contact the carrier when possible. If it still cannot be located, email us within 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date with your order number and shipping details. For damaged parcels, include clear photographs and keep all packaging while the issue is reviewed.
